用法:
Suspend 45.0g / liter,and heat to boiling for 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer 120-ml portions to 250-ml volumetric flasks or 9-ml portions to test tubes, all being capped with cotton plugs or loose-fitting caps. Heat at 100 °C for 30 min and cool immediately.
称取本品45.0g,加热搅拌溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中,分装三角瓶每瓶120ml或分装试管 ,每管9ml,100℃水浴加热30分钟,迅速在流动的冷水中冷却,无需高压灭菌。
增菌肉汤培养基E(肠道菌增菌肉汤)(EP)微生物灵敏度试验:
按标签用法制备培养基,接种以下质控菌株,放置30-35℃需氧培养18-24小时。
