用法：
Supend 40.0g in 1000ml of purified water，dispense the medium，in quantities required for the examination，into flasks or tubes of sufficient capacity .Sterilize in an autoclave set at 121℃ for 15 min.
称取本品40.0g,加热搅拌溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中，分装，121℃高压灭菌15分装，备用。
